The grim real irony is how his staff, so defiant to safeguards and to universal healthcare, receives excellent medical care with little cost or risk, while, for so many other Americans stricken with COVID-19, denied paid time off and saddled with debt, the costs of care torment them amidst their daily struggles with bills and child care.
